BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
* If cancelled before your specified contract term concludes, the signee will be liable for the sum of the discounted installation fee. One managed router is included in the monthly subscription. The CPE and Router remains the property of One Wireless (Pty)Ltd. The CPE and Router will be collected upon cancellation of the service. The client will be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing the CPE and Router in case of fire, theft or any form of negligence. It is the client’s responsibility to insure the CPE and Router. Additional routers or cabling available on request and quoted per installation. 
IMPORTANT: The month to month option is NOT A "pay-as-you-go" structure. Your account is due every month in advance before the 1st of the new month. If your account is in arrears your service will be terminated and a reconnection fee will be charged.
Fair Use Policy is to ensure equity of access to all users of the Broadband access service. More equitable access to all users ensures the best possible speeds and performance for the majority of its users.
